I was being sarcastic. No way in hell an RA can beat a VR4.

Btw, my turbos are just fine, and my VR4 in general is mint

Another thing is: VR4 = R/T TT

See now you are even more retarted than the first guy who told me he would smoke the RA. Why even bother posting this in here? Also, tell me and everyone else here what the 0-60 or 1/4 mile is on any year 3000gt sl? 7+ seconds and 15+ seconds??!!Yes the sl is heavy, weak, and the only place it gets to faster than the RA is the mechanic.

Actually it really was a friend using my sign on, and he's just a little proud of his 3000GT SL, and absoutly refuses to believe there is such a car out there that could be faster, unless you count the F1 McClaren, then he would most likely bow down. I on the other hand have driven both the 3000GT SL & the Ralliart, and imo the Ralliart has alot more potential and is definately a lighter car. That's why I bought one.

Ha ha. Congrats to you on making that choice!

Tell your friend that, if he really is into his FWD SL, he can join 3si and ask people who've put TT motors or just added turbos to their SLs. There is still hope.

However, for looks alone, your friend will probably get luckier in a 3000GT than in a Ralliart

Word to the wise, don't let friends use your account. You wouldn't want to get banned due to some dumbass friend of yours.

i raced a 3000gtSL today and i beat him. my friend owns a toyota echo and i bet he would bet the 3000gt. dont under estimate an echo cause they are fast! i always race the echo and every time he is about a meter away from my rear bumper! the 3000gt was about a car leanth away from my rear bumper.

Take note that there were three trims of 3000GTs:

1) Base --- 3.0 liter SOHC (~165 hp FWD)
2) SL --- 3.0 liter DOHC (222 hp FWD)
3) VR4 --- 3.0 liter DOHC TT (320 hp AWD, AWS)

Are you suuuuuuuure you guys are not talking about the base 3000GT?

1991 Dodge Stealth ES 7.1 15.60
1991 Mitsubishi 3000GT SL 8.5 16.40

The SL always came with the 3.0 liter 222hp. I would hope that considering both cars had the same engine that they would produc numbers that the stealth did. I personally had a stealth with a few mods and was able to get a 15.2 in the 1/4. Then the diff busted and I sold it, but it was good time. As the time I got the stealth I thought it was fast until I raced a 94 5.0 Mustang GT. I will take back my thoughts and at that point in time I began realizing there are faster cars out there. For looks though I still would have to argue that a 3/S has most cars beat. They are simply a beautiful automobile.
