I havn't driven a tC but I sat in one at the dealership when they first came out and the shifter felt sloppy. That gives you a small edge. I think the suspension is softer on the tC. Thats anouther small edge. I know the other week when I was at the track a guy had one with intake and exhaust and he was just trying to get under 16.

And you got all this from just sitting on it? Wow. What did you do , shift a little and then jump up and down to see how the suspension felt?

LOL , no I was just trying to say that you can't say the things he said by just sitting on the car and jumping up and down (funny guess as to how he tested the suspension). I test drove a TC and the only difference i felt was the fact that it felt a bit heavier (like i've previously stated) and i've seen TCs beat RAs at the drag strip.

Wow, a Ralliart scared of a tc? WTF?
I got him(TC w/ Intake, axle back, and teins) by a half of a car with my OZ w/ 115whp.

Nobody here is scared of tCs , some people give the edge to the RA , i myself am saying theres a possibility the TC might win based on what i've read. I've seen TCs beat RAs first hand and if your 115whp beat a 140 whp TC that means the TCs driver was crappy and your OZ got lucky or what Ralli04Art just wrote. Now to get back on topic I really want to see the vids on the 31st.

thanks for everyone's votes and thanks for remaining serious about this race. i never said i was scared of his tC or anything. as a matter of fact, we have raced recently from a 20 roll 4 times with the same exact outcome. but i don't want to spoil the race on the 30th so i'll let the vid speak for itself.

just to let you know how the votes are doing on other sites. my friend is leading in votes with his tC at 25 votes and my RA at 13! i'm def. the underdog in this race. lol. i've got this poll posted on 4 sites. yesterday he was leading 15-6. so now his lead has spread. fortunately tho, no one thinks he'll win by a lot. everyone says "half a car" and that i still have a really good chance. so we'll see what really happens. till then, keep the discussion going!!!! and i really seriously doubt a 115 whp is gonna beat a stock tC. not trying to **** you off or anything. but seeing is believing.

Dont worry my friend im with you, just make an oil change for the race and put the best air filter you can afford , pull out the spare tire and dont go with the tank full of gas just to save some weigth, and check the tire pressure plus the best gas in town and you will be happy with the results!!!

i would suggest a hunger strike until the race. weight reduction is weight reduction, right?
I test drove a Tc after i bought my RA, and the salesman told me to beat on it and see how it compared to my car. I did, it didn't. But that was stock. with those mods it will be close, probably favoring the Tc.

When the light turns yellow, make sure your windows are down, and just start yelling and screaming as loud as you can. Make it sound like you have rabies. Maybe it will distract him and you will own on the launch. or maybe you'll be committed to a psych ward..

just my .02
