With batterys that are liquid filled if they are drained down 3 times maybe less for some they will die and become sulfated. Now with a gel type they last alot longer but require a trickle charge to fully charge. Now how exactly are they testing the car? Do they use a VAT40, miniVat by snapon/mac? AMP clamp? I am wondering since you have been there multiple times for the same issue. At least they found something. Let us know whatever else they find.

ok, got it back from dealer, guy tested every facotry setting, starter, alternator, etc... and everything was good. so i was thinking where it could've been draining from and I totally facepalmed myself.

when i put the wideband controller in, it called for a 12v switched power source, but when i put it on the ecu, it must've been constantly draining it, and like SSP said, after the first couple drains, the battery went bad.

I had installed the wires for the wideband correctly originally, just to the wrong power source lol. just finished putting it on the 12v acc line off my stereo, (used the wiring diagram this time lol) and testing it, and everything works good. sheesh that was more trouble than I bargained for trying to cut corners when I installed the wideband. I just glad nothing else was damaged.
