Heat shield

Does anyone know where I can find a new heat shield (non-stealership)?

The heat shields on my car are really falling apart. The one over the exhaust header has developed a crack and is made of two sheets of metal pressed together which are now separating (this one I don't need replaced, I'm going to have someone weld it together for me).

The second heat shield, over the exhaust just before the flexpipe, has rusted and broken away from the rear bracket that holds it in place. This one I'll need replaced. I've been searching my usually part sources and can't find anything.

I've got a couple pictures for clarification. The first shows the lower part of the shield where it's broken. The second shows where it bends upward along the exhaust into the engine bay.

It's an 04 btw.

They aren't parts you can buy. I would think that an exhaust shop can bend up some sheet metal and stick them on there, but they really aren't all that important to have. You could also just rip them off and buy some heat wrap and slap that on there if it bothers you.

Meant to help keep heat out of the passenger compartment. But again, not a big deal whether you have them or not.
