fans come out easy enough, tonight, i removed fans installed manifold and turbo, found out fans would not go in after turbo, took turbo out, installed passenger fan, put turbo back in, put driver fan back in, welded turbo flange too far the other way. driver fan back out, turbo out, manifold out, cut, grind, and re-weld, manifold back in, turbo back in, fan back in...good to go, fan out, turbo out, fan in, manifold out. Then put her all back to stock. Plus i had to modify the starter heatshield with a hammer to make more room. took me 2 hours.

I've become quite good at removing the rad fans and exhaust forward of the cat in a timely manner.

Nice. My problem is, I get off work at five thirty and get home about six fifteen and it gets dark around seven. Oh, and my RA has 218k on it at the moment, so I want someone to take off the headers who does that kind of thing everyday, cause the bolts are rusted to hell as far as I can tell, and I need this car to last until at least the time I get out of nursing school.

mine are quite rusty, but should not be seized. It's very easy, i work in the dark all the time, with just a trouble light, and a flashlight. and a beer.

I like your style cran. The mechanic hadn't had time to look at it this morning, but I should get a call from him by this afternoon. And I got a new flashlight last week to help me work in the dark
