Smile Clutch vibrations when engaged @ high RPMs

Today after taking an exit loop ramp pretty fast, I find when I am engaging the clutch at high RPMs to change gears, there is a vibration in my clutch pedal. I have been searching for what I should do and it seems everyone else gets this problem after some shop work has been done but mine happened randomly, I guess.

I am just wondering what I should do? new clutch? take it to a mitsu dealer?

thanks
Michael

Is it vibrating/shuddering briefly as you bring your foot back up after shifting, and the clutch is catching?

No when I push down on the clutch pedal, the vibrations go with the rpm's and the vibration gets less and less until 3k it disappears. And a friend told me I probably wore out_________(I forget, I will ask again) something unevenly because I was sitting at high rpm's around this corner for quite a while.
thanks

when you push the clutch pedal, you're disengaging the clutch. is the vibration quite violent? when you disengage the clutch, you've separated the engine from the transmission, so indicated RPM is engine rpm, not input shaft rpm. if the vibration correlates to engine rpm, either the vibration is from the engine, or the clutch is not disengaging properly

yes sorry when I disengage my clutch, I tightened one side of the engine mounts (seemed tight) but can't access the other side cause of too much stuff in the way, just haven't had time. but I have been driving slow ever since it started to vibrate and it went to normal (no vibrations up to 4K) until I start to boot (higher than 4500k) it and then the vibrations happen more again in the lower rpm like 3000k and more violent. But overall the vibrations are not that violent, just feel them in the clutch pedal and no noise and still a smooth ride.
I think I'm just going to take it to my mitsu dealer

TOB might be ****ered...that's the only thing being used when you disengage the clutch...or maybe the pressure plate or flywheel is damaged...
