The best way to go is with an ECU reflash, there are two one done by hackish using fastworks:
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/04...h-reflash.html
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/04...sh-review.html
And the other by ottralliart05 that is in the works and doing well.

And from what I have seen these motors can hold a small amount of boost (12ish) on stock internals. If you search around these forums there is a ton of topics on it, even an entire subforum for turbocharging the Ralliart.

This.

Plus these threads might help you out a bit.

Noob Thread - Covers a lot of general questions and things about the RA

and

Beginners guide to modding - Covers a lot of general information and gives some good details and advice. Had to really dig this one up. It should be stickied.

I think he needs to decide it its for "his car" or "his friend's car" first lol isn't the first thread where he makes that distinction.

But yes so much search please!

port and polish a stock manifold...don't waste money on RRM's manifold...there's nothing fancy about it...

12psi isn't exactly small...it's actually on the higher end of what stock turbo cars run, and with our larger displacement (2.4L vs the 1.8, or 2.0 of most stock turbo cars) and higher compression, you would be surprised by the power you will make on 12psi...

Spend some time reading through the turbo subsection and there most of your questions should be answered.
