Yes i know thats what it appears to be. But i have not heard anything of the RA comin with leather and alcantara b4.... Or is this just me. I know there will be optional recaros but will there be anouther upgrade premium pak that u can get a MR's leather interior?

I know they haven't officially said they would come with the alcantaras, but I'm 99.9% sure they were the MR leather/alcantara combo. But like you said there will be additional upgrades which I'm assuming will be a 'full' leather option.

They looked very nice in person. The MR was displayed right beside it and I couldn't see a difference in the seats, so I assume they are the exact same.

^^ Like u guys said i would nto be upset with an alcantara package... Those seats look soo comfy and right now i have a GLI with leather and a RA with cloth would be a step down as of now but if they offer leather then i am all set on this car

 

Actually, my wife and I have decided that it's Campbell's tomato soup coloured, like the 2008 Eclipse (one of the colours here in Canada, anyway). I like the colour (it's kind of iridescent), and luckily so does my wife (aside from comfort, that's apparently all she cares about). My guess is that Mitsubishi won't call it "metallic tomato soup", though

If it only comes in gray here in Canada, then we'll be giving it a high end paint job right away (and cursing the colourblind idiot at Mitsubishi who decided gray was any kind of a colour for a sports car). On the plus side, gray's probably easier to paint over.

 

See this report on the Toronto show -- Auto North -- they're talking about base Recaro seats and an upgrade to leather-fabric, not an upgrade to leather (nothing to stop you from buying your own Recaro seats, though).

Call it what they want, it's still soup-coloured to me -- seriously, though, do you know if the orange pictured is the Eclipse orange?

[apparently they're discontinuing the Eclipse orange for 2009 -- in Canada, anyway -- which makes it more likely that they might keep orange as the signature colour for the Ralliart]

yeah i was just talking to my fiance and i said its good that the 09 model only comes in auto, or ill be tempted otherwise to get a 5speed and she will hate forever and im not lookin to divorse anytime soon .

 

are the non-recaro seats in the RA gonna be the same as ther lancer's?
