That's exactly what I said, I have no idea why is spurred the gong show that this thread became. The Ralliart is a perfectly competent daily driver. If you want a bit more juice, the ZChip offers 37 WHP. You can also change the suspension and the tires to make it plenty nippy.

Eventually someone will make sway bars and springs/coilovers for the Ralliart.

Robispec already has KW's for the Ralliart, I think.

With a tad more power, some nice aluminum control arms, and adjustable springs/shocks you really got something worthy on your hands.

I think I will end up with the Ralliart. I need a competent daily driver that can also lug me and my snowboard up to the slopes or me and my bike up to the mountain! I would feel a lot more guilty shoving a bike rack on an Evo then just on a Ralliart I will definitely be doing some visual mods to it though, and changing the suspension in due time.

If that's your plan for the car, you might want to wait a bit since Mitsubishi is making a hatchback Lancer.

^^ not me. I like the current wheel color. You could always have your powder-coated. Our local dealer in SoCal offers it.

A hatchback would make carrying a bike or skis so much easier.

A hatchback would force me to look at such a hideously disproportional machine as that on a daily basis.

And I already plan on powdercoating my factory wheels... haha, i know that will surely upset some of you.

I think the hatchback looks good. Not as good as the sedan, though.

Edit: Er, wagon.
