Hey Chris , Are you guys going to make a boost gauge with gauge pod??? That would be cool. Is your Bov any louder than stock?

Flash question

If someone wanted to slide a genuine AMS air intake into that equation. (Intake modified Flash with boost pill) would the flash cost be different?

Have you possibly found a way to do an AMS air intake while keeping the stock battery and its current location?

and yes you AMS guys are great work on getting this stuff going!!

AMS... what numbers would you expect to see with an aftermarket intake, full exhaust downpipe back, IC piping, a BPV and an AMS flash?

from what i saw when they were tuning my car, I would suspect in the 275-280whp range. that is with their I/C though

With the metal BOV and the intake pipe (when it comes out) it will be significantly louder than stock. However, it won't be as loud as a lot of the the other VTA bovs that are available. We find that the stock METAL valve works the best for about 85% of applications and about 100% of stock turbo applications. The focus here is function, not sound.

The first time the ECU needs to be flashed it will cost $500, no matter what modifications are currently on the car. If the ECU needs to be flashed again for different modification after it has already been flashed for the first time, it is only $200.

I don't think an intake will work with the stock battery location at all. It does not seem to be a possibility at this time according to the people involved in the project.

The BOV will not require you to get rid of the stock ram air scoop. The metal BOV is slightly louder that stock. It holds boost better and does not compromise drivability at all like some of the other aftermarket BOVs will. That is why we prefer to use it.

The flash is available with the boost pill.

Very shortly we will have the

intake, fmic, uppper pipe and lower pipe available, as well as a small battery kit.

The car will have more 'heat load' when it makes more power. The factory cooling system is more than adequate to handle any extra heat from the added power you will be making. This is not a concern at all.

We should see soon!!!! I can't wait to get a few more parts on this car and really open her up. Alot of it is going to depend on how much more airflow we can squeeze out of our smaller turbo. With the parts above I would hope to see at least a 25whp increase and probably 30 or 50 ft lbs of torque.

Hey Chris,

Can you post a better pic of the bov on the car, the one on the website to me looks like it will hit the stock plastic ram scoop due to the outlet on the top being a diffrent angle from stock. Unless you can unscrew the top and correct that. Thanks.

Where can I find details about mailing in my ECU? I can't find them on your website. Do I just send in my ECU? The question was asked earlier about the "Boost Pill" but I do not fully understand.

Hey Chris,
Will Dealerships give us crap if you buy the z chip with voiding warranty and wutnot, or will we be able to keep the base setting before the chip to hide it when our cars go in.
