This is mitigated quite a bit by the GST Basemap and the boost pill. It evens response out. But you still need to anticpate by downshifting

It is just normal for a 2.0 engine launch slowly. That is common for turbo cars.
Almost all engine that is bigger 2.0 would start moving faster than RA, but that means nothing. After a second, your turbo will kill them all!!!

A tune will fix that. It's the clutches slightly slipping (intentionally at that point, not the "bad slip" when under full power).
