I checked the manual ('09 Ralliart) and I may have missed where they indicate the recommended jacking points. All I can find refenced in the manual are the side jack points (for changing a flat tire with the rickety jack provided with the spare).

Does anyone know an acceptable front jacking point for a floor jack and jack stands (that won't crush and bend the underbody)?

How about the rear jack points as well to get the whole car up in the air for tire rotation (cross rotation)?

The points they recommend are perfectly fine for a hydraulic floor jack. Typically differentials are used to jack up the entire front or rear of a vehicle. Though you may need a low profile jack.

 

There's 2 rails running down the side of the car on the underbody.

those are the two rails running parallel with the side skirt; You'll find them, they're right there!

 

Yeah, I've used a floor jack on the standard jack points (the two rails) without any problems.
