Same thing here, Its been driving me crazy since the day I drove the car out of the showroom. The highest octane I have been able to find here in Winnipeg is 91. Anybody know of a source high Octane fuel for Western Canada?

Its normal and a tune wont do much to lessen it. The evo x's do it too, even tuned ones running way on the lean side. if it bugs you, only thing that MIGHT help would be adding a 2nd cat. i say just learn to love it

Here the provincial government fixes the ceiling on premium gasoline according to prices on a New York exchange, so I'll be shocked if I ever see anything but 91 ever again -- have to save that for travelling, I guess... or maybe the odd gas station where they put quality before profit (OK, that would be a very odd gas station).

On the plus side, the gas is always at a reasonable price here -- no more price wars or big chains driving the little guys out of business through dirty pricing tricks.

Husky; some stations carry 94:

I know in Calgary I can get away with 91 because of altitude (800m higher than Winnipeg) but the manual actually recommends 93.
