Looks just like mine, actually mine looks worse if i may say so lol. Atleast your air bags went off, i smashed my head on my pillar.

 

They're certainly not giving away free Recaros with the same (/similar) MSRP as 2010 - Recaros are not standard (or optional) on the 2011!

No Recaro option =

 

...this is the first time I had recaros, ever. I know the name and the rep behind the seats but are they that important? Do the non-recaros suck that bad? I haven't been in the non-recaro ralliarts. Sometimes I wish I had seats that recline all the way down on those "waiting for my wife at the mall" type of ordeals.

 

Genesis sucks! the 3.5 has literally no pickup until like 4500 rpms, and if you think the interior sucks in the ralliart wait till you sit in the hyundai

IMO i prefer the non-recaros comfort wise. But the Recaros do hug you pretty good during cornering.

 

Its ok man let him go. He was already indecisive about the Lancer's reliability.

 

I tried out the Genesis coupe. I thought the 3.5 was pretty strong but had the worst clutch in about any car I have ever driven. The ride would be way too harsh on my commute to work (an hour each way). The seats fit well and very firm. My girlfriend absolutely hated it after ridding in it. I was coming from an '04 RX8 Touring, so it is a tough car to compare to. The Ralliart gave me decent power and ride plus I liked the idea of the dual clutch transmission and AWD. My only gripe is I got the stock seats. I have a bad back and so wish I had opted for Recaros.

for some changes you won't obviously see are. Electric steering, A super high rate recharging system when ever the brakes are applied (further helping slow the engine) and an alternator that is on a one way clutch to make that possible. Among a few other things, this was on a service bulletin released to the dealerships recently. I have a very good relationship with my local dealer to be in the know on a few things.

Speaking of damaged Ralliarts here is a link on this forum to an 09 WW Ralliart i'm selling in Kelowna,BC for only $7000 (yes it's damaged, but.......7k!!)

These Recaro's give me the support a woman never could, haha!
Seriously tho, just got my '10 RASB a week ago; during the negotiation process, when the sales manager said "you need to consider one without the grand package", I walked straight out the door. Looking back at him, I lit up a smoke (signifying he had a chance to keep me around). MIRACULOUSLY when I walked back in, "ok, I talked to the owner and he will finance it, with the full loaded package, for the price you want."
Did I want my Recaro's?....Damn Straight!

I'm not surprised there were no major changes to the 2011 RA (i.e., 5 spd manual).
