CBRD Ralliart developments and testing..

I finally had a chance to load some pics of the testing we had done about 2 weeks ago when we got our 2011 RA.

There wasn't a rom defined or logger setup until the other night.... So I will be evaluating Bryan (Razorlab) basemap shortly... and then doing some tuning of my own (we have better octane out here hee he)..

I got baseline dyno numbers (which I will post shortly) ranging from 187whp/200wtq to 192/208wtq....

We then tested some bov's... and swapped on our evo X FMIC (which picked up around 12whp peak, and around 18whp at redline)... it lost about 1 psi because of its massive size compared to the stocker, but even with richer AFR's and less boost, we still made more power...

We are modifying the FMIC slightly for a perfect fit on the RA

We will be building an exhaust next week... our own catback... with vband... single in dual out muffler, with custom made twin tip CBRD tips...

The car now rides on Eibach Springs... and EVO X MR BBS wheels with Advan S4 Tires (thanks to our sponsor ADVAN!!)...

Here are some pics... I left our watermark off, so that you can see the details...

On Dyno...

STOCK FMIC

CBRD FMIC compared to Stocker

And back on the rollers...

ADDED:

Here is the highest Stock Dyno Chart with the Test pipe only, and Stock wheels..

And with our FMIC (only change, same day)

and with a Razorlab base TEST 2011 map, and I made a few revisions just to send back to bryan, I will be doing a full retune shortly!

Pretty nice increases for Minimal MODS!!

Stay Tuned:

Next will be a CBRD Catback exhaust.. with quad overlaid tips... Retune.. then IC pipes.. retune... then 3 port.. retune.. and intake..retune..

Just to show our detail... Here are some of our evo X parts we've developed...

We are working on a 3/4 battery kit with tray... and new intake pipe for the stock turbo.. since we have a stock location turbo upgrade coming for you RA owners... to keep you from having to make the switch to all evo X parts...

Ultimate Racing is doing an O2 housing/downpipe for us....

And we will have a tubular manifold also!!

More coming this week, Dyno Charts....baseline... tuned... and more

Cheers

cb

Just curious about the Synapse BOV.
Is it a direct fitment or need some mods?
Thanks!

Still working on deciding what we will do... The nice thing is, it wont be twin scroll, so that will reduce the price slightly.

It would be great to pair the manifold, modified OEM turbo, and downpipe together then maybe some basemaps from myself and Bryan (razorlab).
