Yeah, no kidding! LOL

Well, still sounds like I fixed that horrible vibration sound in the engine compartment. Hopefully it stays that way. Won't know for sure until temps here hit < 20 F again.

I think I have the same issue as you.

I live in Montreal, so its pretty cold here right now, and since beginning of the winter I hear vibrations in my car and recently I notice it was only around 2500 rpm the noise would appear.

I got to tell you, its really starting to irritate me to the point that I now hate my car. I drive 2hours each day, and I can't stop hearing it!!

Now I can read what you did to fix this, but I am far from beeing good in mecanics.
In fact I didnt understood one thing you said

So what do I have to say to my dealer so he can fix my problem ? Change my heatshield ?

Tell them to place a hand grenade directly under the heatshield, pull the pin, and run like hell!!! That should fix the problem once and for all.....

Just remove the heat shield from the exhaust manifold, it's the big silver thing that you see on the engine near the rear of the engine bay. There's only 4 or 5 bolts holding the thing on. Besides, the times that I have taken my car into my dealership to fix the rattling and vibration sounds they look at me and my car like this:

Also, another thing that I had to do was to take some rubber material and place in between the vent and dash for the two upper vents by the A and B pillars to reduce vibrations and rattling even further. Now I don't have any annoying sounds coming from my car.

What kind of rubber material did you use/where did you get it? Haha, I have tons of vibration from the dash in cold weather.

I got the material from those rubber grip pads that they make to help twist lids off of jars. I don't remember where I got it from, but I did have one that was black.
