All I did was call service and drop the car off. My car only has 6500 miles on it, but I have only had it for a few months. So due to the length of time I have had it I am thinking they hooked me up and just fixed the issue for me. Not to mention that Max Madsen in Aurora IL is a pretty cool dealer to work with.
