One strange issue. When clicking auto roll up on drivers window and holding up on passenger side window at the same time, sometimes (not often) when they both reach a certain point traveling up, the drivers window will stop and then roll down. The switch will then not work for 3-5 seconds. Sorry for the long description, it was the easiest way to describe it!
Other than that, no issues.

Very intermittant no start/hard start event
Sttoopid plastic fasteners for the stock intake and bumper that are easily broken...
Lost some bolts for the undertray that has to be taken down every oil change (really? REALLY? [shakes head ruefully] )
'Normal' auto mode lets RPMs drop below 2K before downshifting
(Now ask me how much i absolutely LOVE this car! Like, totally, like, frreelz, ahm sure!
