How often do you switch to Sport mode?

That's debatable. There isn't enough empirical data out there to prove that right or wrong. Certainly, if you're using auto mode it'd be more problematic because the transmission shifts a LOT while daily driving. In auto on a daily commute the transmission is continuously shifting.

In Normal manual, you tell it when to shift. So, the "clutch wear" concern is minimized.

Not only that, but if you're using GST v2.7 balance 20, GST v2.7 Balance 21, or GST V3.0 beta, it is much much better at managing clutch slip. So good at it, that I literally only use Sport when I hit the mountains. Normal manual is ~really~ good. Good enough that I don't flip to Sport for an on ramp run anymore.

i drove in auto for the first week or two when i got the car but since then i'm in sport/manual, ASC off unless the weather is ****... i find its boring otherwise

I hope you know statements like this aren't making me want to wait longer to reflash lol gunna be flashing within the week after my trip to the dealer. Ill let everyone know how it goes.
