Razorlab GST worth it?

Is buying and Catback, Highflow cat, Aem intake, and all the tuning tools worth it?

TBE+Aem intake+Boost pill

Has anyone else done this tune? What hp gains have you seen?

Also do you think razor labs tune will be up for a long time? I don't want to buy these parts with no tune available. Thanks. Btw i am willing to donate to GST

So, you are asking if a free tune is worth it? I don't understand...

Is it worthy? Someone spend dozens of hours of his personal time to create it and than make it public and your questions is if it worthy?

There are many tuners in the NY area. However only few are any good and even fewer are good with SST.

A free tune that you download that is specific to those parts you mentioned. If you are worried about "losing the tune" then just get the correct tune for your year model car, Email it to yourself and even a friend.
You should do this with your stock OEM tune that is on your car already, I would be much more worried about losing that.

It's free, there is A LOT of a data and people using these tunes. They are also being continually developed, there are people around that can also help you fine tune the map to your car.

ok I'm sorry. you guys misunderstood the question. To get these part and install the tune i estimated over $1300. I mean the parts not the tune. I meant is there a cheaper way to get the same power without spending $400 on an intake.

If you're worried about the file not being available later, why don't you just download it now?

Also, what intake are you looking at for $400? That seems like a lot...

The aem intake is $320 plus shipping. Regular price is $399

They are staged tunes for a reason, you don't have to spend all that money for those parts. Start with the stock + boostpill tune and go from there.

From stock tune to the basemap tune is a pretty large change.

The files will be up for as long as I am alive I imagine...

Just be glad you don't own a Mazda, this isn't even an option for Mazdas... You get to buy all the parts, then you Have to deal with Cobb, no matter how much you don't like being held hostage by them.....
