So ive been running the Gts Basemap for a while now but yesterday i decided to run the stock ecu to see the difference between the maps. Not even realizing that the boost pill was still installed. So while doing my first pull around 5k-6k boost cut off and it made this sound as if you just let off the gas on full throttle but a little worse. I immediately pulled over and thank god I have my laptop in the car. My question is do you guys think i did permanent damage to the car? The car ran fine after switching the maps. I feel so stupid

 

Don't do it again. You're probably luck that nothing happen -_-

 

I would say you overboosted and the ECU cut the fuel. You should be alright.

 

That's why it's so important to run a boost gauge and afr gauge in thAt way you have a broader idea on what's going on to your car...
