My cobb experience

Hey guys i recently grab a left over 2011, first thing i did to it is installing a cobb AP, i ran a stage 0 (stock map) for a while and did a couple of logs to see how does the car run from factory. I was getting 20 psi max and up to 3 counts of knock with the stock map, after this i installed a beta stage 1 93 oct map, the car feels so different really loose, it boost earlier and now im hitting 23 psi. I still havent removed the boost pill so im hoping i can reach the desired 26 psi , i also get some knock mainly at low temps , once the car is around 180 degres i get 0-1 counts of knock, i got so far only once 3 counts but mainly i get 1&2 counts. Is this something i should worry about?.
Now for those thinking about going Cobb or open source, let me tell you i used to use open ecu and drive around with a laptop to log i just like how practical the AP is , the OTS maps seem alright as long as you use them as indicated, i see a lot of people complaining about the maps but it seems like most of the time they have the wrong mods for the map they use. Either way so far im pretty satisfied, I JUST WISH THEY WOULD HAVE INCLUDED A COBB LICENSE PLATE FRAME.. I mean i know they do it for other parts but i guess the $500 access port is too cheap for them to trow a license plate in lol. Jk

Glad to hear you're happy with the Accessport so far! Shoot an email over to marshall@cobbtuning.com with your address and I'll send you a license plate frame and some decals! Let me know if you'd be interested in one of our new COBB vehicle badges.

Seeing 1 and 2 counts knock is fairly typical. As long as it isn't consistent or increasingly worse you should be okay. Feel free to email a few datalogs to me or support@cobbtuning.com and we'll take a look at them for you.
