Help with headlights(HID's)
Agreed. As long as both ballasts are getting the proper initial power surge for ignition, it is unlikely that you would see such a dramatic difference in color due to different output levels, though not entirely impossible.
I would think that a mismatched bulb pair is the more likely culprit. Even the "same color temperature" bulbs can have some variation, which is why many places only like to sell sets that have been matched by the manufacturer. This may have just been an unfortunate fluke.
Do swap the bulbs and let us know.

lol jeez mkay ill let you know. lights are beginning to becoming a PIA.
Next question, since im goin to just solve all my lighting problems at once. What is the proper way to make sure your lights are correctly angled? should my beams have a certain width? how high should they sit off the ground? do i measure them at say 50ft at a wall? i think my driver side light is angling across my car to the right, and my passenger side is shooting into the sky. i noticed it when i was driving in some fog yesterday. though the shield does a good job at keeping them lookin crispy with a perfect line, it just seemed like i could see a centralized beam of light goin up into the sky.
