pop and vibration

my '10 ralliart developed an issue today. In the morning the car ran fine. after work the car had a vibrating sound Emanating from the front passenger floor area ( towards the shifter). The vibration seems to go away or at least get a lot better when the car is driving. Now when I start the car I hear a loud pop sounds like it might be from the exhaust. Any ideas or troubleshooting ideas? Thanks.

I'll try that but I wanted to know if that sounds like a common problem. Thanks!

Haven't heard of that issue before, but get it checked out by a mech if you cant spot any issue when having a look. Keep us posted on your progress!

Maybe bad gas for the popping sound? But like others said, jack it up and have someone look underneath and try to replicate the problem.

It sounds like maybe something got loose, exhaust hanger, heat shield, etc.
The pop could be loose exhaust hitting the body if hanger or something broke. like other say check it out hopefully its something simple.

The after market intercooler was a little loose. All good now! The dealer fixed it for free.

I know this is OT but the dealer has a "new" 2012 lancer SE AWC for 16k ( sticker is 23k). Cvt and engine seen sluggish. My wife needs a new car. Thoughts?
