Evoscan Knocksum almost limp mode

I did some logs today on open road with no traffic and my RA threw up the "Service Required" and "ASC" light while sputtering and almost going into limp mode. I was lucky enough to have my wideband and laptop logging with Evoscan when it happened.

Can anyone explain why my boost on line 48 measured 28.25? I'm 99% sure that was the issue. My signature shows what GST map I'm running and I know 28lbs of boost is not normal.

Does anyone have any advice? Could my used EvoX bov be defective? If you click on the picture and go to photobucket, you can enlarge the picture and see it better. Thanks in advance guys

Were you WOT? Does the problem reoccur? Like, can you get it to repeat itself? If so, possible BOV or wastegate actuator malfunction? 28psi seems high, like you said.

Yes, I am applying wide open throttle. Yes I can get it to repeat. Every time the "0" in the wideband as seen on row 46 happens and then I get knocksum right after.

The abnormally high boost doesn't happen every time. What would cause a value of 0 in my wideband?

Maybe upgrade from the boost pill to a aftermarket EBC

Did you read the codes associated with the warning?

I couldn't replicate the issue. I know the problem is over-boosting but I'm not sure what is causing it. I have numerous logs of getting knocksum because of a random spike in boost levels.

Why are my AFRMAP and Wideband numbers so different? AFRMAP looks accurate, my wideband looks very lean...

I was just going to say... Is it possible the car is leaning out under load? Maybe relay(s) going bad?

EDIT: There are so many damn vacuum, intake and air lines on this car. You should methodically go over each one and check every single connection you can find. You want to be 100% sure there isn't a leak anywhere. A vacuum/boost leak test would be helpful to eliminate that causing anything.

That is a good place to start. You are definitely lean to the point of seriously hurting your engine. Coupled with the knocksum...

Thanks for the input, I have a lot of things to consider. I need to check all my hoses, double check my wideband, compare my EUGO gauge with my evoscan readings to see how closely they match, and try to get that check engine light to reappear so I can read the code.

My car drives 99% amazing. It's only at rare times during full load that it has a boost spike or knock. If I had a serious leak, wouldn't I experience more issues on a daily basis? Over the past week, I've logged a dozen 3rd gear pulls at WOT and only 2 have had the knock/boost spike.

Here is a video with the slight power "delay" or studder at around 5500 RPM. Then it jumps quickly to 6000RPM. The log is also attached. I think as others have said, I may be running too lean. I'm just not sure why I would be if I flashed the tune correctly.
