I had to grind them. I forgot that you bought your parts from a 3rd party and not Kore3. Tobin has a good deal on grinding. He does a good job, too. But yeah, 2mm should do it.

PM'ed

This is the last set from the first round of production. The next round of brackets will be ready in a week or so.

Since you posted this in my thread, I will give you my honest opinion of that work. I never advocate altering the body of aluminum calipers. The best case scenario is that nothing happens. However, if you go too far or don't lubricate the press properly, you WILL destroy the calipers. If people buy this kit, do not attempt to make the required modifications yourself. I knew that that was a possibility, and I ditched the project for that reason. It is just my personal philosophy. That is a really "ghetto" way of making them fit. I am concerned about that setup.

Agreed, that is why I went the Z06 route
Speaking of which, any news on the rear brackets for the Z06 4 piston?

Now I got confuse abit. Instead of going to kore3, I'll be using the stock corvette C5 front calipers with my stock 18" rims. I won't need to grind anything, is that correct?

Yes that is correct with the C5 standard brake kit, you just need the bracket from Eric and your set to go. It would fit with our stocks wheels no problem. =D

Working on it. My metal shop is still tied up with more basic brackets. That should be about a week or so. Over the next week, I will be developing the rear, as a consequence, so that production can begin when the jet is free. We are playing water jet chess, I swear.
