Rubbing issues with new wheels

Hey guys, about a month ago I had a set of XXR 522's put on my RASB with the OEM rubber to finish the summer off.

Wheel Specs:

18x8.5 +30
215/45/18

After putting the wheels on, I noticed that I was getting some rubbing in the rears. I had Touge Factory roll the rears to fix the issue and it mostly worked with the exception of rare situations.

Other than the wheels and roll, the car is BONE STOCK, yet I'm still having problems chewing up whichever tire is on the passenger rear. After taking a closer look at things back there, I noticed the tab for the bumper/quarter interface. (Left arrow)

(Props to Lourance for the picture in the rear bumper removal thread)

Has anyone had to bend/grind/modify this tab to stop rubbing?

I am planning on a set of RRM springs or coilovers for next season, but if this thing is rubbing at stock height, I can only speculate as to the interference I'll see after a drop.

Any suggestions?
