Hey I'm about 2 hours outside of Milwaukee, what dealer do you go to there?

My dealer here says they know nothing about updates to the software....mine was the first (and probably last) RA they had in stock/sold.

I'd be willing to drive down there to get some quality service.

Well here is the thing, the dealer would not tell me what updates they were... Maybe the dealer was blowing smoke to make it sound like they did something.

Ask for an upgrade for your inconvenience...say you'll accept an 08 X as compensation.

Haha, if the 2010 was better id ask for that but I think I might a few grand back because of this. What they are going to do is return all my money and start fresh... or just do an even swap.... I guess I could ask for the GPS..... Granted I didnt want it...

If they could do an even swap for a 2010, I'd take it in a heartbeat. It's got a few extra touches that the '09 doesn't, but the biggest thing is it's a model year newer.

Nah the 2009 and the 2010 have the same base specs. Big difference is some nicer interior items, like the color display and "upgraded" trim pieces. Definitely a nice upgrade though if you can get them to do it! =)
