Hi Guys, are you talking about the 09 model only or 09+?

Sorry, am I missing something?

This TSB only for cold weather areas. You don't have to worry about it.

as far as I know.. the black relay will die sooner or later..
just try to call and do it as a security measure IMO..

this should apply to all 09+, in my case when I got my car in March 10, the recall was already done on the car.

hope this helps

Thanks. I will call up the dealership anyway and find out more.

Btw, are you saying that all the black relay should be replaced with the blue one if the car is purchased after March 10?

for my case, yes..

I can't speak for other dealership as this *should* be part of the service offered by them before delivering you the new car (when u bought it after the recall..)

Just check under your hood and if you have Blue relays ... then its done =)

edit: since we are in the topic of relay.. one of the guy in Quebec local forums states that his fuel pump wasnt functioning properly when he had the black relay one ... no matter how they tune the car, it was running really lean ...
after he changed the relay, he was running way tooo rich ...

Like someone mentioned earlier, the relay tend to die really quickly in cold weather..

I just came back from the dealership and asked them if they had a TSB about new blue fuel relays for my car and they said "no", so I guess I'm not going to worry about it at this point. They said the only TSB on my vehicle right now was the AWD reflash, but they wouldn't even do that unless I had an active warning light on my dashboard. So, I just had them top off my antifreeze and went on my merry way.

wow thats rough, sounds like they dont wanna do work until breaks lol. i suggest going to another dealer and trying to get w.e u want done.. done. Thankfully i used to work my local dealership and im friends with all mechanics and service manager so when i go i usually make a list of things i want done and they do it happily.
