You mail cbrd your turbo and I believe they will send you a temporary until that one is finished and mailed back, but it all cost to do. You don't have to have one mailed to you to save money but you'll be without a car for a short period of time. I believe that's how its done.
Also, cams should be able to awaken the power of the cbrd rad turbo too

EvoOtto -- 93 oct BaseMap V2 + BoostPill = 13.2@101.99mph
Snipingdude -- 93 oct BaseMap V2 + BoostPill = 13.29@100.84mph
Silver09RA -- 91 oct BaseMap V1 + BoostPill + HKS filter = 13.36@100.91mph
omegis -- 2011 93 oct BaseMap V2.5 + BoostPill = 13.39 @ 101.9 mph
bobcrusader -- 93 oct BaseMap V1 + BoostPill = 13.5@100mph
Proteus_x15 -- 91 oct BaseMap V1 + BoostPill = 13.8@99mph
It would be interesting to see some of the Aus guys run the basemap on a other wise stock RA and see what they get.
As far as the OP's question.
I have the CBRD BBX Lite on my 2010 RA and I love it. Makes awesome power, spools almost like stock and I'm still on stock catback and the car is literally not any louder then stock.

If you're going with something bigger than a OEM Evo X turbo, you're going to need camshafts. Without cams, your gains over the OEM Evo X will be REALLY disappointing, with cams, you'll make about 380whp with a fp green and 420whp with a fp red. However, don't look at gains between the green and red, look at your goals. The green has insane low end power and is more okay for a DD, while the red has not a whole lot of low end power but insane high end power and isn't recommended for a DD. So the green is perfect for 1/8 mile while the red is perfect for 1/4 mile, again, it's all about your goals.
Also, bare this in mind, IF you're going to track it with one of these turbo's, lots of other things are highly recommended other than cams. You're looking at a transcooler, 3 port solenoid boost controller, perhaps a bigger oil pan, oil cooler thermostat, small battery kit, sri/cai, wider tires, better brakes, the optional ssp gold trans fluid, and if you want to resist knock and run at much higher boost then you'll need 850cc-1000cc fuel injectors and an aftermarket fuel pump to run E85.
I'm trying to head your route, but no matter how cheap I find all of this new or used, you're looking at more than $5k

One example, I've tuned a 10 here in California on a stock turbo/stock cams, on E85 and it made 346 whp / 369 wtq on GST Mustang dyno.
Then he upgraded to a PT6262, went back to 91 oct, still stock cams and made 445 whp / 311 wtq.
Another example. 2008 Evo 10 MR. Tuned on stock turbo, stock cams, 91 oct - 305 whp / 300 wtq. Went to a CBRD BBX, still stock cams, still 91 oct and made 354 whp / 310 wtq

The fastest RA in Aus is a 13.12? The GST Basemap with boost pill but everything else stock has run 13.2 and low 13's on multiple occasions:
EvoOtto -- 93 oct BaseMap V2 + BoostPill = 13.2@101.99mph
Snipingdude -- 93 oct BaseMap V2 + BoostPill = 13.29@100.84mph
Silver09RA -- 91 oct BaseMap V1 + BoostPill + HKS filter = 13.36@100.91mph
omegis -- 2011 93 oct BaseMap V2.5 + BoostPill = 13.39 @ 101.9 mph
bobcrusader -- 93 oct BaseMap V1 + BoostPill = 13.5@100mph
Proteus_x15 -- 91 oct BaseMap V1 + BoostPill = 13.8@99mph

However it was a very humid day and the car that ran 13.1 had the mph to ran a 12.
Since then Creatd has tuned many more RA's which will be hitting the track very soon so will be intresting to see what the results will be.Bobcrusader had his car tuned by Creatd and is now making 189kw at the wheels. To give you a idea on how your v2 tune with boost pill result was it made 152kw atw which is fantastic for something you give out for free to public.

I've got a stock 2011 RA from AUS and would be willing to try exactly what you said if someone could tell me if the 2011 map exists for aus?
Have you seen the 2011 maps yet Bryan?
The 2011 Lancer Ralliart Aus spec has a lower fuel consumption then the previous 2010?
10.0- 9.6 per hunderd km.
I havent noticed any power diffrences tho?

Your point about the cams is totaly wrong. Plenty of 400whp BBXL cars running around on stock cams.... mater of fact.... the gains from MX-1's pail in comparison to an upgraded turbo. I know there are better cams out there but honestly cams would be one of the last things to upgrade.

. I shall have it for you soon
