Replaced all 4 tires. Now i get AWD service required!

Hey so i replaced all 4 of my tires and had an alignment done and had them adjust my camber on the front so my new tires wont wear on the outside anymore. Once i started driving it the service required for awd came on. I was able to clear it with my cobb tuner but it came back on the next day. Car drives fine and i dont notice any loss of power.
What could be the cause of this and how would I go about fixing it?

Perhaps they damaged a sensor when they adjusted the tires?

I can't even figure out what you drive. Your profile says you drive a "GTS Ralliart", but there's no such thing. You either drive a "ES" or a "SE" or a "GT" or a "Ralliart", so let's start there. Here's a link if you're not sure:

If he's getting the AWD service light he minimum has to have a RA so... Are all your tires the same size? Running different size tires will throw that light

Sorry about the profile. Not sure why i put gts ralli. Anyways its fixed i have a 2015 ralliart.
All tires are the same size diameter the rears are a little wider but same size diameter total as the fronts. My wheels are 1/2 inch wider in the rear.

The sizes are different. That's most likely the reason why your car doesn't like it.

Go and use a tyre size calculator. For example, use this one...

https://tiresize.com/tyre-size-calculator/

1. Choose the tab "Tyre Size Comparison".

2. Enter your OLD tyre size as "Tire 1".

3. Enter your NEW tyre size as "Tire 2".

4. Press "Compare Tire Sizes"

5. Check "Circumference". Compare "Tire 1" and "Tire 2" results.

If they differ (they will), take your car back to the place that fitted mismatched front and rear tyres onto an AWD car, and ask them to fix their mistake. Be polite, but firm.

Good luck!

I dont think it was a mistake. I believe the OP wanted wider tires on the rear as he says they're the "same diameter" so its assumed he knows the tire sizes are different. He is also running a staggered wheel setup.

Good bye differentials.

+1 I didn't see his post about the fatter width.
Hes got time to save it still though.
I forget the tolerance on tire wear for "modern" awd cars but I believes it 3/32 on diameter or 3/64 max tread differential between tires.
When you think about that and the wider stance rear tires It's pretty safe to assume that's your problem.

So yes, intentional fitment of different tyres front to rear. The mistake, I expect, was the wheel shop believing that "same diameter" is functionally equivalent to "almost the same diameter". Which it obviously ain't.

We're assuming the AWD Service warning is circumference-related - fair assumption there, I reckon. If the fronts and rears were exactly the same diameter, the ECU wouldn't be whining about it.

Ive had the same size tire on my wheels since i got the car. My fronts are 19" diameter and 8" wide. Rears are same diameter and 8.5" wide. I had the same size tires on the front and back before. The rears were a little stretched obviously so i figure there was a difference there with overall diameter and i never threw a code.

The new tires have an overall diameter of 26.18 in the rear and 25.79 in the front.
A difference of only .39 inches.

Didnt figure that small of a difference would mess anything up.

Im gonna take it back to the shop today and see if they broke any sensors.

The service required doesnt always come up either so im not sure. No difference in driving habits either time.

Ill see what they say.

Your previous tires were probably worn more on one pair which made it within spec but now that theyre new they're back to being out of spec
