I have a 2014 RA i blew the tranny at about 100k miles, i found a sst for sell in chicago, the guy at the shop told me it was from japan and it came out of a 14 RA from overseas. i had the transmisson put up by a shop i know does imports it went up plug and play and was working fine without being reprogramed and flashed no lights and gave me all my gears. went out after 3 days of daily driving it with the new sst. i put vland headlights on the car and the battery was already dying when it threw me the battery service light i didnt think anything of it and called to order a new battery. the same night it started throwing abs and asc lights it threw me break service lights and everylight on the dash even tpms lights with fresh tires on and fresh breaks. could this be the battery making the car act up? or could it be the transmission not being programmed? could i run into an issue with the transmission being from japan?
