Yet another frontal debadge...

Is the plastic Ralliart badge over the inter. grill removable? I noticed some wiggle to it, when I put it under pressure, but I didn't want to pop off any plastic components of the grill. I just got the car yesterday and have no idea how to remove the grill... yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. And yes, I used the search tool, ya *****. :P

Those top grills are secured by 2 screws on the inside and also snaps on in a couple of places. The badge itself is held together by one screw only.

+1 on it being removeable. I took mine off when I took off my front bumper to plasti-dipped the chrome ring. Looks a lot better w/o it IMO.

you and me both, I removed both of the RA badges... I removed everything but the diamonds for that matter... and would have removed those if it were not for the holes under them on the rear hatch of the sportback

I agree that it looks great ON the car. I think it makes the car a little more unique and deserves it because they are unique lol.

I agree, I would like to know how complicated it would be to replace the front grill altogether. I am not a big fan of the chrome ring would rather that be black, basically I like the front end of the Evo X better lol

Very simple to do. Go to your local home depot/lows and pick up a can of plastidip. Clean the trim well and spray.

Yes several in this how to section. I have posted pics and so have other members. I used a write up another member posted. I found it when I searched you shouldn't have any trouble finding it. If you do though let me know I could probably find it again.
