Guys with AEM EMS....which intake with MAF del

I just had my AEM EMS installed and I have a generic intake that my tuner had laying around.....a pipe that was the right diameter for the stock intake tube connected to a cone filter.

What I want to know is what intake are you guys running with the MAF delete?

you can use any cone style intake on a custom adaptor the same diameter as the intake tube..see my pics below and copy it ...

The HKS SSQ BOV is well hidden underneath the intake...

I know that, I already am just using an intake that fits. Just want to know what others are using.

I ended up using a used K&N, seeing as how they are so badly rated on the stock ecu. Then went with a ITG filter on the end of that.
the k&n is a pretty red color, looks sort of cam cover color.

must have added the pics while I was typing. I want to leave the stock box bracket in place like you did too. When it was off my IC pipes were chaffing on the radiator fan shroud.

Did you use a peice of pvc or something....I guess aluminum tubing would work as well.

I added a 4" elbow pipe to my HKS RS Intake, with a 4" coupler for the filter. Works like a charm.

You dont have to take anymore pics man. Appreciate the info. 3" diameter tubing and a cone filter with a 3" diam. inlet.

Vibrant performance should have the tubing and couplers.
