Help!
I already had a 2.3l in my car for 1 week that was previously tuned with a "break in" tune, but the first motor was damaged in the shipping process and we installed it anyways. Low and behold it was damaged on the inside from a sever impact and the motor walked from crank shaft damage only 100 miles after install.
Fast forward to today:
New 2.3l was installed and went to try and start the car but we can't get spark and the injectors aren't spraying.
1. We checked voltage on the wiring of the injector and it reads just over 11 volts, but we can't hear them pulsing.
2. We checked voltage going to the coil packs and it is fine, but neither will give us spark. We switched out coil packs with one from another evo and same thing, no spark.
3. We checked all fuses under the dash and under the hood and nothing looks blown.
4. We checked the harness's to make sure they were all plugged in and they were.
I reinstalled the original tune just to be certain the AEM didn't get all out of whack from sitting too long and that didn't work.
When the ignition is on and I have the laptop hooked up to the car the injector duty cycle is showing .03 when we try and turn the car over.
I don't know squat about the AEM and the person that tunes my car is unavailable for the whole weekend. Somebody please help and give me some ideas.
If you can help PM me a phone number and I will call you ASAP to walk me through this.
What could this possibly be? AEM?

Big thanks to liquidlancer. He PMed me his phone number and after a brief discussion he was spot on with the crank angle sensor being damaged.
After replacing that the car cranked up.
It's after 5 a.m. and I just got in from driving the car. lol
