I have not tried it but I think it is something i should make a move on myself.... as far as i know as long as you dont say that your doing it" specifically to get out of emissions" and you can prove substantial modifications (im assuming copy of ur receipts should due) you should not have a problem.

Well, i dunno what i am gonna do if it doesn't work. This week i am sending in the paperwork so i will let everyone know. If anyone else has any input or has experience in this matter please let me know. Thanks

 

heres a catch you might want to look into..
you might have to have CC insurance if you have CC plates.
now CC insurance (some states) limit you to 2400miles or less a year. just something you might want to look into.
