if you keep the Stock ECU on high amounts of power u alteast need a MAF Translator to get rid of the Restrictive stock MAF

The AEM doesn't have the best injector drivers and when combined with large injectors and a 5 bar MAP sensor, it can be quite difficult to get a car that runs well under partial throttle.

This is due to the low resolution of the MAP sensor and the inability to accurately control the injectors at low duty cycles.

Something to think about if it's a daily driver. I've got an AEM, new in the box and I'm trying to decide if I want to actually put it in right now or sell it and get a RED.

Resolution of a 5 bar map would rival that of a 1 bar map if the tuner sets up all the correction tables/graphs correctly. Throttle Inj Corr Table, Boost Fuel Corr Table, just to name a couple of the most important Tables/Graphs in making very small adjustments to the already small "uSec" you should have setup in the MicroSec/bit field.
