went to my dealership yesterday to get some stuff and this awesome looking lancer pulled up and im like sweet, then i noticed the FMIC and bonnet scoops and am like WTF, EVOX!!!
asked the guy driving and he confirmed that it was, and omg does this thing look viscious in real life

its a pre-production version he said but it still goes nicely, and it was the SST model.
i asked him why there was soo much wear on the tyres(about 40% tread left) and he said its most likely the car they tested on the Japan track.

he wouldnt let me test drive it, or even sit in the passanger seat while he drove - i was going to offer him money but then all these execs came out to have a look.

this was at the Preston Motors Mitsubishi(/kia) dealership in Campbellfield - the one on Sydney road, on the 27th.

interesting to see the air scoop is functional & not cosmetic.

 

They finalled cleaned the engine bay.

That and its grey MR/Euro GT friend did the Classic Adelaide. That is why their tyres are knackered. Notice the aftermarket brake pads too. The two cars have just done their lap around Australia.
