SiliconTek, unless you drive like gramma its not 2 hours.
Google best time seems to beg to differ! I do urinate from time to time... So driving like a gramma, you obviously haven't ridden with me, I can at least make more than 150hp! ^_^

FFS, Google fail, it will not plot my route...DO NOT go through Weatherford on the weekend you could spend over 20min just getting around the ****ing square!

How many times have you been to MW?

I've been dozens. It's right at 90 minutes from the Hooters in Frisco (and I drive the speed limit). That includes stopping for E85 in Southlake.

I would NOT go the route that you've mapped.

Take 121 all the way through Grapevine and around to 183 to 820 (West/North) to 30 to 20 to 180.

Coming back you'll likely hit traffic around 183, and if 114 is still under construction it will be a pain. @ the *** crack of dawn traffic is super light.

As I said, Google isn't plotting my route correctly. So unless going through Oklahoma is faster, there is no straighter route. The route you have defined is a bit out of the way for me since I don't fill up with variable fuel. I think it is time you bring your Miata back to the cross... ^_^

I come back the way I went, which doesn't involve either of those highways!

Yeah, I will meet you at Monarch at around 5:30, if you want to stop by and meet up with Chris on the way we can do that, I just don't wanna stop there to long.

Well, NTEC had a trio of represent today at the BMW event, many BMW's got spanked for sure. Good job Justin and Chris, you guys are kicking butt! Justin...it is time for tires...you could always get Jeremy's 400+ wear rated tires for like $320 a set! He came within 2 seconds of a set of slicks on them one time!

I'm really thinking about some rs3s. Everything I'm reading says they get better as they get warm, could be a good thing, and almost $200 cheaper than Star Specs. Almost have the wife talked into it

Just remember, when you start other groups like SCCA you will NEVER have time to warm up your tires, 10-25m between runs, you will see those guys adding tire warmers...I have been down that road, the hot lap guys are spraying their stuff down. I should have today! It won't happen again. Like Chris said today, "You only need one run."

I am editing my videos now, the only video I didn't get was my fastest run...sucks I forgot to turn it on in the afternoon. Anyhow, my top speed on the back stretch was 92mph according to Evoscan. That was a badass course!
