stage 1 with a flash instead of SAFC?

Hey I talk to one of you guys from ams on tuesday. I was wondering how much more hp can you gain with a flash being used instead of an safc on stage 1, with timing adjustments etc. in the flash.

Ha I asked the same question. They just added a stage 1 kit w/ flash to their website. you could get up to 380 hp from that

really it varies from car to car but on the dyno we have been picking up an average of about 10 -15 whp over the flash. and it drives alot smoother.

Some cars dont get much if at all but the power curve is improved upon and being that we can play with timing your torque always gets a good kick in the pants.

If you have the ability a custom AMS flash is really the way to go.

I can definitely attest to the smoothness of Martin's flash. Even though I had AMS flash my car with a very conservative tune ... it was noticeably smoother than before, especially at low rpm and part throttle driving (read: Chicago city driving ).
