rev/boost/fuel limiter removal then S-afc tuning

i wanted to know if u were to get a flash to remove and/or push back the limiters for rev, boost, and fuel will i then make it difficult to tune ur car wit a s-afc. im asking because a fellow evo owner i know had a dynoflash and then went to retune his car wit just the s-afc (which he had when he got the dynoflash) and had trouble working around the the dynoflash.

i askin cuz when i decided to get tuned i want a flash to remove my limiters. but another fellow evo owners says that will prove to be a problem later when i try to get tuned wit a s-afc. as in making it hard to make power by working around the flash. this seems weird to me cuz i didnt think any tuning was need to remove limiters. so my question is will just a flash to remove limiter prove to be a challenge when i comes down to tuning later. like it is if u have a dynoflash and try to tune later wit just a s-afc? cuz i was thinking of having my limiters removed by dynoflash?

I think that the best bang for the buck would be mail in flash + safc.

A simple mail in flash will yeild high rev limiter, and revamped boost map.

I dont think that it does anything to your fuel cut, but as long as you are tuned properly and are not knocking you should be fine.
