i'm just writing this in question to canadian laws regarding warranty issues. As everyone else probably has, i'm having problems with my paint peeling, flaking and all the wot.
I go to and show them the problem, and they're telling me that it is due to fallout. Since i'm not a moron, i tell them that it is not due to fallout, i know what fallout looks like and it does not eat through paint (at least over the course of 2 days) so they tell me it's bird **** and that there is nothing that they can do about it but give me some touch up paint. Since bird **** is easily noticeable and quite large, i informed the halfless wit that it was clean before the weekend, stayed pretty clean all weeked, and now my car has frickin pimples.
Is there anything that can be done to get them to recall their cheapskate paintjobs?

what are fallouts ?... what colour, where on the car ??

 

I dunno what are fallouts....not sure what colour....and probably on the hood.

 

fallout are the little black dots you get on the car, (not really noticeable on dark colored cars, but on white or yellow, you would notice it) that come from industries like car plants, places that let alot of smoke and crap go out their stacks. and it sticks to the car, the only way to get it out is by waxing and buffing the crap out of it.

 

yep i have the white pearl and i have fallout all over my ride. comes from living in Hamilton with dofasco and stelco. i hate this city.

 

see i wonder if there is anything that mitsu will do about it....i know they won't do anything about the fallout, because everyone is prone to that....
i want to take some pics of it to show but i'll see if it starts up again. i'm having my friends shop look at it to tell me a price. and i'll try and sue mitsu for the bill
