hows the O2 dump noise like when you WOT? is it as loud (and awesome)as it is in videos? ive been debating on ditching my Megan O2 for a JMF O2 dump.

it doesnt really dump during partial throttle boost right?

haha it's ridiculously loud. Scared me the first few times I boosted after installing it . If you're ever in Vancouver, I can show you.

As for partial throttle, I can hear it dumping ever so slightly when I'm driving up a hill and say boost is at 4-5psi. But you barely hear it, it isn't loud until you get on it.

Sup everyone!

Been on EvoM for awhile now... but was in the Ralliart group... that is until about 4 months ago!! Ralliart got wrecked and now i'm in a 2012 PB Evo MR. I remember Optiblue... cause I bought CF vents from him... haha... Exhil I think i've seen you car around... btw... do you have quad pipes??

Anyways... my MR is still pretty stock looking... just got tint and Rally armor mud flaps on.

Hope to see you guys around... maybe a meet?? I'm part of ClublancerBC.net too. I've seen a few Evo X's there. Come join the forum and the monthly meets! Would love to see a few more Evos out!!

Heeh, PB is the way to go! Theres a couple of Evo's with quad exhausts, but don't think exhil does~ any mod plans for the Evo? Buy the MR red badge! Looks way more awesome make sure you change the fuel pump relay to the newest black one and get a set of snow tires for the the winter!

Hmm.. Yea.. i've seen another PB Evo with Red vents on hood and the fenders, that also has the quads.

Hmm.. mods will come prolly next year... will need some winter tires for sure... Thinking of just getting some cheepo steelies then when next summer rolls around i'll head down to the states for some nice wheels and ditch the steelies.

Why change the fuel pump relay?? I have a 2012....??

Unfortunately no steelie will clear the calipers. That's why I just went with rota grids for my winter setup. I actually loved the look of the rims and now they're my summer rims haha! Cheapest route for u I guess would be to just buy winter tires and mount onto BBS until u pick out some rims by spring! Even then u could just remount the summers back on

Mitsubishi never addressed the fuel pump relay issue. 2008-2012 all come with a small black relay that is prone to failure. At first everyone switched to a green Panasonic relay which was stronger, but still failed. Then mitsu revised those to blues, and now the final revision is a bigger black AC relay. It's $10 online or $20 at the dealership.

Welcome!
No, I have a dual exhaust pipes. I think you may have mistaken with another red evo owner with quad exhaust. Or that I can't remember if he does have quad pipes.

I've liked to come out to lancer meet but the organizer doesnt invite me via facebook
I've attended couple times before the forum got closed down.

I'll try to pop up when I find out theres a monthly meet going on.

But yeah hope to see you around!

hmmm. Ok I'll look into getting that fuel pump relay changed. Is it easy to swap out on your own?

ah... I was hoping that there were some steelies that would fit... bah... well.. that is unless I buy some spacers for temporary use with the steelies.

The facebook invites kind of died cause some people were not getting invited and some were. However, the clublancer forum is back up and Louis always posts up the monthly meets there now.
