Wow, perfect timing. I was just starting to look for LWG maps and new maps for my 2013 GSR due to overboosting. I can hit 29psi and I do not like that. I will give these a try ASAP. Thanks.

These feel real good.
Hitting peak boost of 25.9 on a stock 2012 GSR, Stage 1 93.
Is this high enough to justify the LWG maps, or within the bounds of safety?

25.9 is fine, as long as it's not knocking then you're set, enjoy!

hey guys

did some logging in my car last night using a dashdaq xl and zeitronix zt2

attached is the plot for my AFR

its not good. the only time the AFR is acceptable is around 6500rpm, and even then 11.5 is just a tad lean for my tastes on acn91

whats shocking is how lean the car runs from about 2700 to 6000.

This is the v403 acn91 map, modified to have the stock air box maf scaling as I still have the stock air box with a high flow filter.

LTFT Used was at 5.66%, I messed with the maf scaling to get that number down. gonna do some more logging tonight to see how the new scaling affects the AFR before I make changes to the fuel map

BTW, my FPR line is zip tied at both ends, and I read somewhere that the 2014's dont seem to suffer from the fuel pump relay issue, but I still have the black relay that I see in all the pics people have posted, not a blue or green one.

I swapped the fuel pump relay with the high beam relay. High beams still work using the fuel pump relay, but I only tested it for a couple minutes.

I will be buying one of the blue/green relays asap, just in case

Oh, and another change I made, I dropped all the idle targets from 898 to 800, gonna see if that will bring the idle down a bit from the 950ish I have been seeing with the v403 map

Wish me luck guys

Edit:

Did a quick 3rd gear pull with the adjusted maf scaling. still lean, but the 6% i added to the maf scaling made a noticeable difference from 3700 to past 7000

still super lean from about 2900 to 3600. I'll compare fuel trims again and work on the maf scaling a little more, then I will start tweaking the high octane fuel maps

Power is a lot smoother with the added fuel, as expected.

Does anyone have a recommendation as to what I should do with my tune, I just installed the K&N typhoon on my 14' GSR, it's completely stock other than that. Should I just go back to stock tune from Stage 1?

Stage 3 requires the EBCS, with out it boost wont work right. I would run a stage 2 map that is made for your intake, or atleast a very similar one.

So I was driving tonight on my modified v403 Stage 3 map and hit boost cut like clockwork in 3rd gear(didnt happen in 1st or 2nd, did not try 4th, as im sure it would be the same or worse than 3rd). It is the coldest it has been since I got the car.

car was holding just over 27psi from 3500 to 4500, where boost cut kicked in.

I dropped the boost targets by 3%. If I did the math right, it should drop my boost to about 26.5psi

Next chance I get to drive the car and log it, I will post my findings

Stay with Stage 1.

Use Stage 2 until you install a 3-port BCS, then run Stage 3.

Just did some driving with the V403 Stage 1 ACN map and the datalog has been e-mailed for you guys to review.

So far, the car feels a lot more alive! Very smoother in slow operations and transitioning between low speed to quick acceleration. Coasting in gear is also very smooth and when you push the gas, it pulls all the way up. Some top-end power is nice to have. The only thing I noticed is that when the car is put into neutral, the RPM's would fluctuate pretty wide before running to normal idle. The other thing I noticed is that the idle seems a tad higher than usual. However, the idle fluctuations seemed to be greatly reduced by the end of the driving session so maybe the car needs a few drives to smooth itself out?

At any rate, car feels quite good and I'm hoping the datalog looks good.

does anyone experinecing terrible mpg after flashing acn91 stage 2 LWG? i am only getting 10-11 avg mpg on freeway. the centermeter was jumping pretty slow. before stage 2, I ran stage 1 but my mpg was normal, 22-24mpg.
I did installed the cobb dp, HFC and 3.5 ets intercooler kit with piping today. do you think any of these mods might be a problem?
i also heard some funky wrestling noise from the front every time when i try to pull the car hard but had no idea where its coming from. any ideas?

you may have a boost leak, or maybe something happened to the o2 sensor when you were installing the exhaust parts

I'm getting worse MPG since 403. I thought it was the crappy canadian gas additives since it got cold here but I am noticing a difference yes.

what version accesport are you using?
Version 3 Accessport makes small a eletrical noise when RPM goes up, it took me almost a week to find out it was the ACCESSPORT making eletrical noise that sounded like a boost leak.
