We currently do not offer a Stage 1 or 2 OTS map with the SF Intake, our stage packages do not include the SF intake until stage 3. You can use the After Market Intake Calibration Guide to quickly make any OTS map compatible with the SF Intake or any other intake in that spreadsheet.

Great. Seems you're tapering the Accessport support for the Evolution. I've had several Subarus running the AP on various stages with great success in tuning support, but I guess the Evo X doesn't merit the attention and focus due to the (lack of) market and volume. Time to put this up for sale before they lose all value.

Not at all, we are actually actively adding support and features and have just bought a '14 MR. There are many reasons why we don't offer intake tunes for every map but none of those reasons are us "tapering" the product line. This is the same way our Mazda Speed platform works, the amount of calibration overhead is decreased 10X and we can work on new features and new parts instead of replicating data over hundreds of maps. If you need a map made you can always email us at mitsubishi.experts@cobbtuning.com and we will send it out ASAP.

I'm fairly confident I don't but might as well ask:

I have stage 1 with CHFF map. Just added a Cobb CBE to the mix. I don't need another map correct? Data logging does show. 7psi higher top boost (still within 1.5psi as stated in the notes) and knock never goes over 3.

Did you calibrate it to work with the map? I mean... probably four posts above this pretty much says what you need to do if you're running Cobb intake with either stage 1 or 2 maps.

Does anyone have scaling for the Akuma intake? It's not on the spreadsheet.

looks like a 3" MAF, so use an ETS or AMS map to start with

ETS uses the stock maf and the AMS flows different.

Any new updates or beta maps? I just uninstalled the AP and ran the stock map an immediately noticed the completely smooth RPMs at idle, and better MPG (FWIW). It would be really nice to have non-fluctuating RPMs for once :-/

Does v.403 Stage 1 still run the MIVEC too aggressively; is it still recommended to run a Stage 2 OTS map on an otherwise bone stock Evo?

I think the previous versions of stage 1 weren't very good.

I've been running stage 1 v403 93 octane with a tweak for ETS intake on my 2014 evo and I've been very pleased so far. Very stable and no knock.

The stock tune is crap. The boost seemed erratic and the idle was a roller coaster (especially when a/c is on). It also felt like something was restricting the engine a lot for a second or two when going from accelerating to cruising at a consistent speed. I cant believe mitsu rolls these cars out of the factory with a tune like this

the stage 1 403 map has super stable idle, very consistent boost through the power band. I may have gained a few ponies but I wasn't too overly concerned since I wasn't looking for a huge power increase yet. I feel like this is the tune that should have been stock on all evos rolling off the lot. It really should be the first upgrade to do on a stock evo. I found it makes the car a lot more lively and easier to drive. The low erratic idle of the stock tune made me sound like a noob every time I took off at a light, and we can't have that! No issue now though, just throttle up a touch and let out the clutch and off you go.

I already have a tweaked stage 2 map ready to go for when I get a downpipe and test pipe installed. I may just get a 3 port boost solenoid and jump right to stage 3, Ill have to see how ambitious I am when the time comes.

I should also point out that I have no previous experience with Cobb and have no bias towards them, I could have just as easily gone the ECU Flash route. I went with Cobb because of how easy the whole process is and after my experiences so far, I am quite pleased.

I am a noob when it comes to cobb accessport, i currently have a 2014 evo x. Recently got an accessport and flashed to stage 1 93 v403, i think that is the latest version. My car is bone stock, i am currently in indiana so its flat, i used both 93 and LWG93, and i am hitting 26psi with knock sum showing around 2-6 after some spirited driving... Just wondering if is this normal or should i be worried.....

I just recently got a AP v3, I have a tomei CBE with a tomei test pipe and ETS intake, ready to install.

Wondering since i don't have the DP yet if i should flash a stage 1 93v403 map with the ETS intake calibration, or go to the stage 2 93v403 and load the ETS intake to that?
