I went to the track for the first time.

I went to Englishtown for the first time(first time drag) and ran best of 13.1 @ 104 with 1.9 60ft. I was hoping alot better time with my mods. ran this time with mixture of race gas boosting around 23~24. It was 90 +degree out and it was very humid. and took me about 2 half hours to get there so the codition of my car and the weather had alot to do with it.

My mod are MBC, Turboback, intake, dynoflash. I didn't feel too bad after seeing an stock 05 rs running i think it was 14something @ 98.

You should be faster. Your 60FT could be much better and that right there should drop you in the 12s easily. Your trap speed is also low, which means your shifting needs to improve. Practice makes perfect, don't give up, get pointers and I assure you your times will improve. My times on my old 94' modded VR4 went from low 14s to low 13s with just driving improvement. Who ever says drag racing is easy, doesn't know what they are talking about.

With race gas, you should be expecting low 12s and 111 at least, but then again with the flash, you aren't optimized for the race gas and higher boost. THe temp and humidity are a definite pain in the ***, but the racegas really helps to alleviate the knock. Your driving isn't bad for the first time, because that's what I ran stock (13.1 at 104 w/1.92 60'). That indicates the same driving basically, but I was making the same power with no mods and then a lot more power with the mods listed below. It wasn't 90 degrees when I hit 12.22, but it was about 80, so the temp isn't enough to explain the 104mph. If a stock rs was only hitting 98, though, then maybe it's not so bad. Get some more practice and then maybe go again in the fall when it's cooler...

That was actually my stock 05 rs at the track. Best time was 13.84@99 but it was way too hot that night.

Sounds like you had fun and did well for your 1st time out at the track. Keep it up and you will definately be running in the 12's...

nice run that day I ran a little better than my previous visit 12.7 @ 108...with 1.88 sixty... I learned that shifting at 7k is the best rpm to shift at. I trapped 2 mph faster by shifting 7k instead 7600.

I definately need new tires to get better 60ft my advans are bald.
