actually war tallon i was spinning all of first and chirped 2nd. I actually do think that if i had better tires i would get a lot better times. I think that if u knew how to launch u could get those horrid 60 foots down, but i guess u were to fast to mod ur car to drive it to it's full patential.

So my launches were pretty much as good as ur going to get with stock 2 step.

Actually, the tires won't make any difference. In fact, people have been putting down better 60's with snow tires/all-season tires than with the Advans, because the Advans have a very stiff sidewall for cornering/handling. Snow/all-season tires have soft sidewalls, which allow them to flex, thus giving great 60's if you do it right. In your case, your crappy 60' had nothing to do with tires - it's not like you were spinning wildly or anything. You just haave to learn how to launch, then you'll be in the 12s.

Wow! Great run. I wish my VIII was that fast stock. Even with 1.8 60's I still only managed 101mph.
Its driving me crazy seeing all you guys racing and I'm still waiting for the track to open here.
