With 24psi on a 8 you may be pulling timing. I would suggest putting in some race gas next time and leave everything the same to see if thats the case.

Just so you know 24psi on the street doesn't always equal 24psi at the track. I also have a 3bar MAP sensor so I know exactly how much boost I'm running. I need to turn my MBC up about 1/2 a turn from how I drive on the street otherwise I'll only be @ 20psi while blasting down the track. It has to do with how the car is loaded when doing a 3rd gear pull from 2k-7k rpm on the street vs. shifting 1st-4th @ 5-7k RPM.

My friend has a custom tune from TT on his car. On 91 octain with 100% humidity and well over 95* heat he trapped 109 MPH at 24psi with pumpgas... its all in the tune.

I know my clutch isn't making my car slow. And I understand what everyone is saying about the 24lbs, Im going to talk to John, but I completely trust him.
I just hope that when I get the launch down, and the traction better, that my et will be what I had expected.
