what should i launch my car at??

what should i launch my car at??

i went to the drag and i had my car on launch control whitch is 5900rpm since i had it on the car i didnt had any Good 60ft i had 2,1 or 2,0ft's and i use to have 1,8 before but i dont really remmber what i use to launch it at


the first time i use to run my RGII 18x9 wheels with RT-615 tires and i was running

13,6 @ 105 60ft was 2.1

and today i ran the wheels and the tires i use to get on the 60ft 1,8 and i ran

13,4 @ 105 60ft 2,1 and sometimes 2,0

so where is my problem??

5900rpm is probably good, but I bet you're not slipping the clutch enough. You can't just let the clutch go you have to slip it a bit....you'll feel the car start to take off then you let the clutch out.

i guess that was my problem coz you are right

i take my ft really fast and the car jump and it feels wrong

yea 5900 is fine typically depending on all the variables, like it was stated above its most likely the way you are slipping the clutch...

Soo...When you mean SLIP the clutch,How is one suppose to that?as being from another country,its a little hard to understand the statments made by you people.
Slow take the foot of the clutch?or no just remove it.

yes, just release the clutch in a slow, controlled manner but still very quickly

whats ur tire pressure... maybe ur spinning off the line.. i run the rt 615 as well but i could never get a good 60ft from that dunno y best i got was a 1.78 n that s after dropping the pressure to 21 wit the advans i ve done 1.6X i just dunno y i cant with the rt 615 s..
