True, but the Evo is pushing like 291hp stock vs a stock RA pushing 237hp, that's a 54hp difference! For the RA modding community it is exciting to see what can be done with a few light mods, in terms of time runs, 1/4 mile, etc.

Agreed, I thing of the RA as more of a daily driver. I would never take it off-roading or run it in the Pike's Peak Challenge. lol

The Evo is for hard core tuners. The RA is for hobby tuners.

Evo drivers have little or no fear of ripping out a clutch or throwing a rod.

The Evo is a higher performance automobile, it really is a different car, targeted at a different crowd.

Still, it's fun to run a modded RA and see what it can do from time to time. RA driver's comparing modded RA's to stock Evo's is akin to Evo driver's comparing modded Evo's to stock GT-R's/Corvette's/etc. lol

In any event, I think that everyone within the community can agree that AMS has done some outstanding work with both cars!
